Today is the first day of class at Illinois State University!

Since my arrival in Bloomington-Normal, I spent time getting to know the other MFA graduates and some cool undergrads also. It feels strange being the new student after my five year haul at Bradley University, but each day becomes a huge learning experience so I haven’t been bored.

Last night I set up most of my studio area…but it still doesn’t have that comfortable feeling I’m looking for. Not sure if a couch will help but it’s worth trying!
